Movement

Our Registered Kinesiologist guides the exercise group. This group helps individuals recovering from a stroke to regain and maintain their strength and mobility.

Jeremy Cote, Kinesiologist

Jeremy leads our vibrant and engaging exercise group that is always welcoming to new people of all levels.

Whether you had a stroke last month, last year or 10+ years ago, he ensures that the exercises are challenging but safe and appropriate for all participants.

Jeremy works in private practice at Tall Tree Integrated Health and sees private patients of all kinds on a weekly basis.

Communication

Our Communication Group is led by a Registered Speech Language Pathologist

Sue Decker, R. SLP

Sue leads the communication group with the help of trained volunteers to support group members with a variety of communication needs. She is passionate about improving everyday conversations and promoting group members’ confidence. Sue has a private practice based in Victoria offering individual assessment and therapy as well as group programs.

We host a confidential caregiver support group to help caregivers learn about local resources and share issues with others who have had similar experiences.

We host musical guests, informative speakers, or other activities on an approximately monthly basis.
